CQPIM has one built in role, CQPIM Admin, which has the ability to use every feature of the plugin. This role can be granted to team members that you want to give full control to.
In order to restrict what Team Members can do, you can also create custom CQPIM roles. CQPIM includes a highly configurable permissions system to give you full control over what your Team Members can do in the plugin. You can find this in the Roles & Permissions link in the CQPIM menu.
Creating roles is simple, simply add them in the roles section and hit Save. You’ll then have a column in the Permissions section for the role that you just created. Permissions are assigned by checking boxes next to each permission.
